Laterz Chepstow...

With 10 minutes till kick out time on our last morning at chepstow close, we got a phone call from the solicitors - "The money has hit your account Mr. ramsden, I will now instruct the agency to release the keys". A new experience emerges from the dark side… after weeks of annoying solicitor & agency phone calls; they finally delivered the news we’ve been waiting for. Happiness at last! We actually completed early!!!

With that statement, we were now in somebody else’s house.

A Strange, yet rich type of feeling =)

My bank manager will be happy, at last.
